Akbaruddin Owaisi fires on TRS Government
Hyderabad:
AIMIM floor leader in Assembly Akbaruddin Owaisi fired on TRS Government saying that it has completely neglected Old City in Hyderabad. Owaisi said that Old City has been neglected for hundreds of years and even TRS Government is continuing it.
Speaking in Telangana Assembly about the lack of infrastructure and basic facilities in Old City, Akbaruddin Owaisi said, “Hitech City area in Hyderabad has become New York of India. But Old City is languishing in neglect. CM KCR said that he will transform Old City into Istanbul. But he has forgotten that word. Not even basic facilities are available in Old City. While the whole city is enjoying Metro Rail, Old City is yet to get one. Similarly Old City is neglected in all aspects. At least now CM KCR should take steps to develop Old City,” said Akbaruddin Owaisi speaking in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Akbaruddin Owaisi is the floor leader of AIMIM in Telangana Legislative Assembly. He is MLA from Chandrayangutta constituency.
